Prashanth Kasturi

Prashanth Kasturi is a technologist and a serial entrepreneur with experience in Technology evangelism, product development and solution delivery.

He has been instrumental in the delivery of solutions in Cognitive Computing and AI technologies for the last 10 years.

Prior to Exponential Machines, Prashanth was a founder member and held senior positions at CognitiveScale, Innominds Software and Ceeyes Software.

John was the practice leader of Deloitte Consulting’s Healthcare service offerings focused on Convergence and Value Based Care. John has more than 30 years of experience in management consulting focused on strategic, operational and transformational issues across the payor, provider and life sciences sectors. John’s experience includes strategic planning, merger and integration, start-ups, product development, clinical and network strategy, information management, and core administration. He has also provided thought leadership in the transformation of healthcare through his ideas in “A consumer-driven culture of health”


Nikhil Mendhi

Nikhil is seasoned visionary executive with over 15 years of experience in leading high growth ventures. Nikhil has successfully lead large scale transformations and enterprise wide initiatives for Fortune 500 Conglomerates in US, South America, Middle East and Asia. He has extensive experience in transforming operations, product development, platform delivery, strategic planning and change management. Prior to Exponential AI, Nikhil was Vice President and Practice Leader at HM Health Solutions, a Highmark Health growth venture, where he led delivery of large scale transformations and product development with high client satisfaction.

Steven Lund has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development with Cisco, Apple Computer and HP. He has funded and helped launch four AI technology companies.

Steven is currently head of sales, business development and marketing for Exponential AI.

Prior to Exponential AI Steven as the Chief Revenue Officer for Auger.AI the leading AutoML platform. Prior to Auger, Steven was the VP of Business Development and Sales for iguazio, a unified data platform for continuous analytics and event-driven applications.

Prior to iguazio, Steven was the CEO of SourceThought, a big data and analytics company in Los Angeles. Prior to SourceThought, Steven was the World-Wide Director of Business Development for Cisco Services where his team was dedicated to driving the adoption of Smart Cloud services globally. Smart Services represents a $2B business for Cisco.
