We are looking for a skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. You will design, build, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems in collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders. This is a key role in leveraging AI/ML technologies to develop scalable solutions in a dynamic and fast- paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to solve complex problems.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to ensure data quality and insights.
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments using cloud platforms or other tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Implement machine learning pipelines, workflows, and tools for automated training and testing.
• Research and apply state-of-the-art algorithms to enhance model performance.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of ML systems through efficient coding practices and architectural design.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in machine learning and AI technologies and assess their potential impact on the business.

Ǫualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.

Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models.

Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python with expertise in ML/AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras).
• Experience working with large datasets and using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Experience with SǪL/NoSǪL databases and data pipelines.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Ǫualifications:

• Hands-on experience in productionizing machine learning models.
• Prior experience in building recommendation systems, predictive analytics, or anomaly detection models.
• Contributions to open-source ML/AI projects.
• Knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Strong mathematical and statistical background.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
