Requirements

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our software products, websites, and marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, create compelling visual experiences, and bring our brand to life.
Responsibilities:
  1. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for desktop, mobile, and web applications, adhering to usability principles and design best practices.
  2. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
  3. Create wireframes, storyboards, and design mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
  4. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistent branding and user experience across all products.
  5. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and refine design decisions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and contribute to improving design processes and workflows.
  7. Contribute to the design of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website graphics, ensuring consistent branding and visual identity.
  8. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide guidance on visual aspects of front-end development.
  9. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow designers.
  10. Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in visual design, specifically in the software or technology industry.
  3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar.
  4. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
  5. Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  6. Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct user testing.
  7. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
  9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
  10. A portfolio demonstrating a strong command of visual design principles and user-centered design thinking.
