Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst with a

deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to join our team. As a Business

Systems Analyst in AI, is responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning

technologies to enhance and streamline business operations. This role involves collaborating with

business stakeholders, data scientists, and software development teams to identify opportunities for

AI implementation, gather requirements, and ensure that AI solutions align with business objectives.

The BSA for AI Solutions plays a pivotal role in harnessing the power of AI to drive innovation and

efficiency in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify

opportunities for AI integration, understand their objectives, and document specific AI

solution requirements.

2. AI Solution Design: Work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to design AI solutions,

including algorithms, data models, and integration with existing systems.

3. Data Analysis: Analyze and assess data sources and quality to support AI initiatives. Ensure

data is structured and accessible for training and inference.

4. Prototyping: Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and

potential benefits of AI solutions.

5. Solution Integration: Coordinate with software development teams to integrate AI solutions

into existing systems or develop new AI-driven applications.

6. Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and collaborate with data scientists to validate

the AI model’s accuracy, effectiveness, and compliance with business requirements.

7. AI Model Evaluation: Assist in evaluating and testing AI models to ensure they meet

business requirements and objectives. Provide feedback and insights for model refinement.

8. Monitoring and Maintenance: Implement tools and processes for monitoring AI models’

performance and provide ongoing maintenance and improvements.

9. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of AI models, algorithms, and integration

points.

10. Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, data scientists, and

developers to ensure clear and effective communication, and facilitate consensus on AI

initiatives.

11. Ethical and Compliance Considerations: Ensure that AI solutions comply with ethical and

legal standards, including data privacy and fairness.\

12. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth

transition to AI-driven solutions.

13. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure they

meet business needs and adhere to quality standards.

14. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization

Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field

(Master’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on AI or machine learning

projects.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language

processing, and computer vision.

• Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Project management experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications and regulations is an advantage.

Experience:

Typically, 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or AI-related roles.
