Notable achievements in his remarkable career include the transformation of IBM Watson Health and Ciox Health, as well as the successful incubation of a billion-dollar analytics practice at Deloitte.

As founder and CEO of Exponential AI, John is leading the mission of transforming companies into AI First enterprises using Exponential AI’s Enterprise grade AI platform Enso. He brings over 40 years of experience leveraging leading technology to transform healthcare enterprises.

John was a practice leader of Deloitte Consulting’s Healthcare business driving Innovation and thought leadership in healthcare. . As the founder of Deloitte’s Value Based Care Practice, he specializes in start-up and market entry of new and disruptive business models across the Payor, Provider, Life Science and Government Sectors. John has served healthcare fortune 500 clients including Pfizer, J&J, Anthem, and HHS/CMS to name a few, and operated as the interim President, COO, CFO roles for acquisitions and new business growth across many of these companies.

He is a sought after advisor and speaker for his thinking on shifting to a “consumer-driven culture of healthcare” and a co-founder of The Physician Leadership Academy, a collaboration between Deloitte and the Wharton School.

Seasoned visionary AI executive with international, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial experience in strategy and operations, planning, and business development. Successfully managed $150 million plus P&Ls, high-profile projects, and led enterprise-wide initiatives for Fortune 500 Health Plans, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, and Conglomerates in the US, South America, Middle East, and Asia.

Extensive experience in conceptualizing and transforming health plan operations, product management, roadmap development, population health, clinical integration, claims, contract operations, utilization management, and network management processes through automation, cognitive learning, and strategic sourcing.

Denver brings over 38 years of experience in IT, business, and operations, is a pragmatic and results-driven transformation leader who excels in bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Leveraging his adaptive and collaborative skills, he delivers innovative and value-creating solutions for complex organizations across various industries.

As the Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Delivery at Exponential AI, Denver leads a high-performing team responsible for the entire customer lifecycle management—from sales and marketing to implementation and support. His leadership ensures customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, while also driving operational excellence and efficiency. Denver specializes in architecting, engineering, and delivering new technology platforms that accelerate business value creation. He has extensive experience in IT strategy, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and post-merger integration. Denver is passionate about fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Prior to joining Exponential AI, Denver held various leadership roles including, Vice President of Channel Systems at WellPoint (Anthem), Head of Solution Integration at Aetna, and Senior Director of IT at UnitedHealth Group.

Gaurav Agarwal

VP, ENGINEERING

Gaurav Agarwal, a distinguished Payer Technology Specialist with over twenty-five years of experience. Gaurav has led transformative technology initiatives across prominent payers such as UnitedHealth Group, Cigna, and Guardian Life.

At UnitedHealth Group, he led software development for the Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business, covering the entire healthcare administrative process from sales and underwriting to case installation, member enrollment, provider management, clinical, and claims verticals. He played a key role in the agile transformation efforts at UHG, Cigna, and Guardian Life. Prior to that, Gaurav worked with Infosys, where he assisted clients like Aetna and Elevance Health.

Gaurav is a graduate of IIT BHU in Electronics Engineering and brings with him extensive experience in the healthcare insurance and technology industry. He has a proven track record of running large software engineering organizations, executing large and complex programs, and leading technology transformation initiatives.

Aruna’s extensive experience spans product strategy and execution, SaaS transformations, partnership development, management consulting, software engineering, and go-to-market strategies. She leverages human-centered design principles to enhance product quality and accelerate customer adoption.

In her current role as Head of Product Management and Marketing at Exponential AI, Aruna oversees Strategic Partner/VAR Relationships, Integrations, and User Experience. She also co-leads the development of product go-to-market strategies, pricing, and packaging. Her global leadership experience has enabled her to guide private equity and venture capital-backed companies; lead teams of over 200 members; and deliver impactful solutions for both B2B and B2C markets—well-positioning her for continued success in these areas.

An expert in launching SaaS and Analytics platforms, Aruna excels in accelerating market adoption through change leadership, strategic roadmaps, global delivery, optimal budget management, and M&A activities. Aruna led the launch of industry-leading KLAS #1 Trisus Chargemaster and Finvi Velosidy SaaS platforms.

Before joining Exponential AI, Aruna held various leadership roles, most recently as Vice President and Head of Products at Finvi, where she focused on Healthcare Finance RCM, FinTech, and ARM.

Praneeth Kumar Muthyala

VP Products and Solutions

Praneeth is a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of building and scaling enterprise products and technology teams. With nearly two decades of experience, he has consistently delivered innovative solutions to complex challenges across diverse industries. Over the past decade, he has led the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging his deep expertise in cognitive AI – including machine learning, generative AI, and large language models (LLMs) – to drive transformative change and unlock significant business value.

As the Vice President of Products & Solutions at Exponential AI, Praneeth is responsible for building and managing products and healthcare assets and solutions.

Prior to joining Exponential AI, Praneeth led technology initiatives at giants like NTT Data, TIAA-CREF, and Verizon across the transportation, telecom, and insurance sectors. His diverse experience and deep understanding of the industry landscape have equipped him with the skills and knowledge to navigate complex technological and business challenges.

Praneeth holds a degree in Electronics & Communications from JNTU and has completed an executive education program (AMPBA) at the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad. His technical expertise, combined with his strategic vision and leadership skills, make him a results-oriented leader with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence.
